I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, with nice decor. The rooms were also very bright with big windows, which can sometimes be hard to find with fair priced hotels in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist Phương Anh, who supported us and made our stay very relaxed by helping us with late check outs, giving us information when needed and generally being a very pleasant and friendly person. Thank you, my mother and I will be sure to use the hotel again.

He was continuously in touch with me before my stay to check if I need anything during my stay. He also arranged my commute from and to the airport. It was my first time traveling to Hanoi, Tony helped me to organize city tour and trip to HaLong Bay. He also kept checking with me during tour/trip to make sure I’m alright. Very humble and down to earth person…😊
